Technical Meeting II – Preparation for the Final PkM National Collaboration "Gen Z Smart"

Preparatory meeting to discuss final run down, flyer design, collection of training materials by tutors, material slide templates, attendance links, pre and post tests, and certificates. Including the readiness of other equipment

Technical Meeting II is a follow-up meeting to the first technical meeting on 23 October 2026. This meeting finalizes all preparations for the National Collaboration PkM "Smart Gen Z: Digital, Financial, Language and Health Literacy for Competitive Students", which will be held on 14–28 November 2026. The meeting is focused on determining the final rundown, the readiness of materials and supporting equipment for activities, as well as the division of tasks between the committee and tutors, so that implementation runs in an orderly and according to schedule.

Discussion agenda:

  1. Final rundown: determination of session schedule, order of material, and resource pairs
  2. Flyer design: finalization of activity publication flyers for participants
  3. Collection of training materials: mechanisms and time limits for collecting materials by tutors
  4. Material slide template: use of the official JPPM slide template for all tutors
  5. Presence link: attendance form for participants and tutors at each session
  6. Pre-test and post-test: preparation of questions and implementation mechanism
  7. Certificate: design, recipient data, and distribution mechanism for tutor and participant certificates
  8. Prepare other equipment: Zoom account, moderator, operator, timekeeper, virtual background, and activity documentation
