Preparatory meetings with several lecturers who are ready to be involved in activities will be held online via zoom meeting. The meeting started at 21.00 WIB with the focus of discussion being the preparation of a list of training materials to be delivered, preparation of a timeline for each material, budget preparation and other equipment requirements.
The preparatory meeting was deliberately held online and in the evening to maintain flexibility in activities because most lecturers have offline classes from morning to afternoon. The preparatory meeting ended at 22.30 with several temporary agreements, especially regarding the list of materials and budget plans for costs that must be shared together.
To further finalize the event which will be held on 11-12 November 2022 and 19-20 November 2022, it was also agreed to hold a follow-up meeting so that preparations are more complete.
