Serang, 27 October 2026 – Network for Research and Community Service (JPPM) developed Sertiva, a digital platform that integrates attendance, quizzes, pre-test and post-test, questionnaires, issuance of QR certificates, and analysis of activity data in one platform and one link. This platform, which can be accessed via sertiva.jejaringppm.org, is intended to support the organization of webinars, seminars, training and research activities.
Carrying the slogan “Collect. With Sertiva, the entire process can be managed from one place.
Flexible Forms and Automated Certificates
Sertiva provides attendance forms, quizzes, pre-tests, post-tests and questionnaires with 16 types of entries, including uploading photos of proof of attendance and participant signatures. For certificates, there are 30 templates available that can be made on one or two pages, complete with a list of materials and total activity hours. The certificate number is also generated automatically based on the activity acronym.
To guarantee authenticity, the signature of the head of the institution on the certificate is in the form of a QR code that can be scanned so that the certificate can be verified by anyone. Organizers can also share the form via a short link in the domain/activity-name format that is easy for participants to remember.
Statistical Analysis for Research and Evaluation
Another advantage of Sertiva lies in its statistical analysis feature. This platform presents graphs per question, score, level of difficulty, differential power, reliability, up to N-Gain and t test. This feature really helps lecturers in measuring the effectiveness of community service activities and processing research data based on pre-test and post-test. Analysis reports can be shared with other parties, while raw data can be downloaded in XLSX or CSV format.
Strengthening the JPPM Digital Ecosystem
Sertiva complements the JPPM digital ecosystem with the JPPM E-Jurnal as a scientific publication portal. The presence of this platform is in line with JPPM's spirit of “Promoting knowledge”, namely supporting lecturers in carrying out the tri dharma of higher education more effectively, measurably and with impact.
Chairman of JPPM, Dr. Tb Ai Munandar, S.Kom., M.T., said that Sertiva was born from the real needs felt by network members when organizing activities.
"So far, lecturers who organize webinars or services have had to use many applications at once, starting from attendance registers, quizzes, data processing, to creating certificates. We have developed services so that all these processes can be managed on one platform and one link, so organizers can focus more on the quality of the material and the impact of their activities," he said.
According to him, the statistical analysis feature is an important added value for JPPM members. "It is not enough for PkM activities to be carried out, but they must also be measurable. With pre-test and post-test analysis, N-Gain, and t-tests which are available directly at Sertiva, lecturers can show the impact of their activities scientifically, and the data can be further processed into publication output," he explained.
He added that Sertiva is not only intended for network members. "We are opening Sertiva to the wider community, including universities, schools, communities and other institutions that organize activities. Certificates with verified QR signatures also provide certainty for participants that the certificates they receive are genuine. This is part of JPPM's commitment to disseminate knowledge, including through technology," he concluded.
Sertiva can be used by registering for free at sertiva.jejaringppm.org. Further information can be obtained via email info@jejaringppm.org
