The issue of unemployment rates caused by college graduates is not a new phenomenon in Indonesia. This impact does not only apply to alumni of state universities, but also involves private universities with various levels of reputation, ranging from good, very good, to superior. The problem of unemployment among college graduates is a very complex problem, requiring holistic treatment by improving various related aspects.
In facing this challenge, many universities are currently focusing on improving the curriculum and prioritizing the needs of industry to create a workforce, rather than discussing the need for the welfare of graduates through developing appropriate entrepreneurial skills. However, there are various efforts that can be made to help reduce or even reduce the unemployment rate among college graduates.
In supporting the development of entrepreneurship among students, there are various strategies that can be implemented, one of which is through the implementation of mentoring and mentoring programs. This program aims to produce young entrepreneurs who are suitable for their respective scientific fields. Apart from helping students realize their dreams of becoming entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship is also expected to make a positive contribution to the Indonesian economy.
Furthermore, entrepreneurship among students has a significant impact, including making students or graduates more independent [3]. Apart from that, through this program, the mindset of graduates who were initially oriented towards finding work can change into graduates who are ready to create jobs. In this way, it is hoped that the mentoring and mentoring program can create graduates who not only see themselves as job seekers, but also as entrepreneurs who are able to see business opportunities well, even without having to have large capital.
community service activities are carried out through webinars which highlight three main topics related to careers in the information technology field.
